HOA Elections provides an online election management platform for homeowners associations, including voter registration, ballot distribution, secure voting, and results tabulation. The Service is designed to comply with California HOA election regulations.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• HOA managers are responsible for the accuracy of voter and resident data they upload

Election Integrity

Users agree not to interfere with, manipulate, or attempt to compromise any election conducted through the platform. Any attempt to cast fraudulent votes, impersonate voters, or tamper with election results is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the platform's operation
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service to conduct elections outside the scope of HOA governance

Limitation of Liability

HOA Elections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
